Welcome!

The City of Burnsville is a changing/evolving community and to ensure that we are providing opportunities for recreation and enjoyment of the outdoors we are excited to begin the process of updating our parks plan. Community input is vital to this process, so the City needs your help to create a vision for parks and recreation in our community. This information will be used to help us prioritize the development, activation and maintenance of these spaces and provide all citizens of Burnsville with a park system that reflects the wants and needs of our community.

We are now entering the second phase of our master planning process. The goal of this phase is to look in detail at specific parks and vision potential improvements. The parks identified for visioning include many community and neighborhood parks throughout Burnsville. These vision plans will be used to direct future maintenance and development within the parks.

This first opportunity for comments and ideas will provide residents to share with us what they love about the park, what needs improvement, and what ideas they may have for the park. These comments will help us craft options for a park master plan. These master plans will be posted here later this fall prior to finalizing the future park plans for all the parks listed below.Click on each park to provide comments for the visioning.
