It would be great to expand the mountain bike trail at this park. Most people drive to trailheads with their bikes as opposed to riding to them. Even though I live in Burnsville, I don't ride at Terrace Oaks because it doesn't seem like it's worth the drive. Driving from my house to Terrace Oaks and back takes longer than riding the trail. I choose instead to ride at Murphy-Hanrehan or Lebanon Hills. Lots of newer trails in the state have flow sections, skills parks, and fun features. Terrace Oaks could be a really cool mountain bike destination with expanded and updated trails!

Small lighted xc skiing loop to take advantage of the short winter days and allow folks more chances to use the trails after work rather than just on weekends.

Terrace Oaks East . It looks like the only major change is moving the warming house further from the rink. That doesn't seem like a good idea. Expensive as well as impractical. I assume the area next to the hockey rink will still be a lighted open skating area.

I am glad there is no mention of making the tennis court available to pickle ball also. There are too many families living near that area. The noise would cause a major problem.

I like the idea of expanding the play area. Re routing the walking paths don't seem like they are making anything better, so it would just be a waste of money.
