Task 1: Project Management + Administration

Kick-off meetings with the Community Advisory Committee and Technical Advisory Committee. Identification of public engagement opportunities and a Public Workshop to provide insight and information on the project.

Task 2: Community Engagement + Collaboration

Task 2 will occur throughout each of the remaining tasks as public engagement is critical to the success of this project. Engagement opportunities will vary from in-person meetings and pop-up events along the corridor to online interactive engagement and virtual stakeholder interviews.

Members of the consultant team will complete a thorough existing conditions and market analysis of the Lincoln Trail Corridor. Formal reports will be produced as part of this effort.

In order to build a plan for the future, we must identify project goals, objectives, and strategies that present metrics for success and steps to implement the recommendations.

In this task, the consultant team will have prepared draft concepts and meet with staff, advisory committees and the public for feedback and direction on the plan.

Task 6: Detailed Plan

Once a defined concept plan has been established, a detailed plan and guidebook for moving forward will be created. Procedures for plan hand-off, implementation, and adoption will also occur.
