Development Opportunity: Use this icon to highlight areas for new development or redevelopment. What types of amenities or land uses would you like to see? Let us know!

Townhomes or Duplexes: Use this icon to identify areas where new horizontally attached housing could go, such as townhomes or duplexes.

Multi-Family Housing: Use this icon to identify areas where new vertically attached housing could go, such as small apartment buildings.

Senior Housing: Use this icon to identify areas where senior housing, either independent or supportive, could be located in the corridor.

Parks and Recreation: Let us know what type of recreation amenities you would like to see in the corridor!

Wayfinding: Use this icon to locate where you think signage in the corridor should go to direct people to the businesses and amenities within and nearby!

Streetscaping: What type of streetscaping amenities would you like to see in the corridor? Lighting, benches, street trees, planters, signage, etc.

The Strategic Opportunity Map is intended to identify detailed recommendations and comment types within the Lincoln Trail Corridor through a variety of comment types.
