We are thrilled to have you here! Both the 2008 Historic Millwork District Master Plan and the 2023 Historic Millwork District Master Plan Update identified an outdoor community green space for this district as a high priority. As a result, the City of Dubuque is pursuing the development of an approximately ¼ acre site next to the historic Alamo Building with the goal to create an inclusive space and year-round vibrancy for the district.

We want to use this platform as an opportunity to connect with you and to gather your feedback on your ideas about how we can design and enhance this community space. Whether you have suggestions about how to use the area, or ideas for new amenities we want to hear from you.
