The City of LeClaire completed a Comprehensive Master Plan in May of 2023 for all five parks in the City of LeClaire. This project builds from the 2023 Master Plan and will define and prioritize growth at Huckleberry Park and Veterans Memorial Park over the next ten years!

A multitude of opportunities for the parks were identified during the planning process and some have even begun to be implemented! The primary goal of this phase of park planning will be to clearly define, for each of the two parks, the desired future improvements to be enjoyed by all members of the LeClaire community. Once we have identified those improvements, the planning team will project costs and prioritize their implementation over time.
