The City of Sioux Falls has begun the process of updating our long-range Comprehensive Development Plan to help guide future growth and development in the community. We recently held several community listening sessions to hear from residents on major topics and focus areas that are most important to them. We will now be hosting a series of neighborhood workshops to further identify land use and development related issues, priorities, opportunities, and preferences that will guide the direction of the plan update. At each workshop, we will provide an overview of the Comprehensive Development Plan update process, information on the existing plan and how it is utilized and seek input on various aspects of the plan from residents.
