Make the Mid-Town Mixed Use zoning opt-out vs. opt-in.

If there were known corridors where Mid-Town Mixed Use automatically applied it would reduce friction of needing approval for each project.

Mid-Town mixed use is one of the most progressive (and positive ) changes the city has made, but it's impact may be significantly blunted given the administrative burden of getting each project approved. Making it opt-out would lower the hurdle for more housing and development.
